Questions About Renting a Sports Car
Short answers to the questions people most often ask about renting a car in Dubai, covering booking, documents, driving and the chauffeur service. If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp and we will answer it directly.
Renting a car
How do I book a sports car?
Pick a car on the site, then message us on WhatsApp or send the form with your dates. We check availability, reply with the details and confirm the booking in writing. Nothing is final until we have confirmed it with you.
Can I choose a convertible or a supercar?
Yes. Both have their own sections, and every listing shows the body style, power, seats and doors. Tell us the car you want and your dates, and we confirm whether it is free. You can also browse by make if you already know the badge you like.
Do I have to book far in advance?
Availability changes with the dates and the car, so the safest move is to ask early. Message us the car and dates you have in mind and we confirm what is free. We do not promise a model until we have checked it.
Can the car be delivered to my hotel or home?
Ask us. Delivery is handled case by case, and the location, timing and availability are confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone before anything is agreed. You can also collect the car yourself. Tell us where you are staying and the time you need the car.
What is included in the rental?
The standard terms include insurance, with conditions confirmed at booking, and 250 km per day. The renter pays for fuel and Salik tolls, and we confirm the exact handling at booking. The rental terms page lists the standard figures.
Can I rent the car for just one day?
Yes, the standard minimum rental is one day. Longer rentals work too, so tell us how many days you want and we confirm the car and the dates. Availability can differ by car, so we always check the exact dates before confirming.
Documents and eligibility
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You need a valid driving licence and ID. The exact list is confirmed at booking, so if you are travelling soon, message us early and we tell you what to bring. Having them ready also keeps the handover quick.
How old do I need to be?
The standard minimum age is 21 or older, and some supercars need a renter who is 25 or older. We confirm the age requirement for your chosen car when you book. Ask before you travel if you are close to the cut-off, so there are no surprises.
Do I need an international driving licence?
That depends on the licence you hold, so we confirm it at booking. Send us a message with the country that issued your licence and we tell you what we need before you travel. Do this early, because it is easier to sort out before the trip than on arrival.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable one. The amount is on the rental terms page, and we confirm the final deposit and how it is handled in writing at booking. Ask about it early if you want to plan your budget for the trip.
On the road
How many kilometres are included each day?
Each day includes 250 km under the standard terms, and extra kilometres are charged on top at the rate shown on the rental terms page. For a longer plan, such as a day trip to Abu Dhabi on the E11, tell us your route when you ask.
Who pays for fuel and Salik tolls?
Fuel and Salik tolls are paid by the renter. We confirm exactly how both are handled when you book, so ask if you are planning a long drive. Salik is Dubai's electronic toll system, and a charge applies each time you pass a gate.
What happens if I get a traffic fine?
Fines issued during your rental are the renter's responsibility. Speed cameras and limits are enforced across the UAE, so the easiest approach is to stay within the posted limit and park only where it is allowed.
What should I do if the car is damaged or I have an accident?
Safety comes first, so call the emergency services if anyone is hurt. Then message us straight away on WhatsApp, take photos of the scene and wait for our guidance on the report you need. Insurance conditions are confirmed at booking.
Chauffeur and limousine
Do you offer a chauffeur service?
Yes. It is a separate service with a driver included, alongside the self-drive cars. It covers luxury sedans, Rolls-Royce models, SUVs, vans, buses and stretch limousines. Every job is quoted, so request a quote with your date, pickup and destination.
How is chauffeur hire priced?
No. Chauffeur and limousine work is quoted individually, based on the vehicle, the booking style and the route. Send us the details and request a quote, and we reply with an offer. Tell us the group size too, because it decides which vehicle suits you.
What booking styles can I choose?
You can book a point-to-point transfer, an airport transfer, an hourly booking, a half day, a full day, or an intercity trip to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Ras Al Khaimah. Tell us what you need and we shape the quote around it.
How many passengers can the vans and buses carry?
Sprinter vans come in 9, 14, 16 and 19 seat layouts, and buses in 22, 35 and 50 seats. For other vehicles we state the typical capacity in the quote, and limousine capacity is on request.
Will my luggage fit?
Luggage space depends on the vehicle, so it is confirmed in the quote. Limousines are mainly for passengers, and luggage is usually carried in a separate vehicle, which we can arrange on request. If you are travelling with a lot of bags, say so in your first message.
